As previously commented, you did a very good job on the wings. The feathers come together nicely. And the four wing thing is very unique. I also enjoy that you aren't drawing clique creatures out there. XD The extended paw adds unpredicted balance to the pic - it makes the character whole and not 'some guy hidden under wings'. And the mane of hair is wonderfully shaded together. Meaning - you rule at texture.

Alright, down to the bad side of the crit. While I love the character and the fact that you gave it a bg rules. The thing the charrie is standing on really offsets the pic. Maybe it's cause the character is of lighter color. but the block the creature is standing on is far bolder than the rest of the pic. How to fix this? darken in the lines of the charrie or fill more in the bg. To even things out. But, well, you don't have to. just a crit. ^^

It looks absolutely gorgeous! The wings and the hair are done wonderfully. Was it done in Painter? It has that look about it. I have to agree that it would be better if the thing on the bottom were not the only thing that dark shade, since it draws unneccessary attention to it. However, I love the picture.
